About

Hello, I'm a multi-disciplined designer and photographer living in Greater New York with my beautiful wife and two kids. During the day I work with the amazing people at Squarespace as a Product Designer and after hours can either be found around town riding my bike or brewing some mean beer in my kitchen.

You can find me all over the internet, including here: twitter, dribbble, facebook, google+, last.fm, instagram, & lomography

Squarespace for iPhone Updated

I love Squarespace. I've worked with their system since early 2008 and I've even had the pleasure to work with them in a freelance capacity. They are amazing people doing amazing work and you need to know about it. It's never been easier to design and publish my own website as it has been with Squarespace, and I've tried them all. Don't even get me started talking about Wordpress. Yeah, it's powerful and it has tons of plugins but that doesn't always mean a home run. You first have to understand how to use it and wordpress' organization almost makes it impossible. Cue Squarespace... What a breath of fresh air. When I started doing web design I was ok. But Squarespace made me so much better. It made the experience of building my own site fun and it drove me to want to learn more because of how easy it is to get results. If you are looking to make a website and want to do it yourself, get Squarespace. Can't tell you enough. It will make having a site doable. And that's 75% of the battle. Enough of the rant.

Now, the real reason of this post. They have drastically improved their iPhone app by streamlining it for speed and stability. Those were always the issues I had with the app. It just felt clunky. Not anymore. Feels great and works perfect. Another added feature is the ability to moderate comments and receive push notifications on new comments. Check out the Squarespace blog for more info on the update.
